Services fees period

The prices associate to contractual services are always applied to a certain period of time.

These period are kept in the system so that you can have a history of all past charges.

You can also set up a period in the future and specify prices associated to it. When the start date is reached, the system will automatically apply the prices associated to this new period.

The system will automatically create a new period when the end of the current one approaches and no subsequent period has yet been created manually. All the prices associated to the current period will be automatically duplicated and associated to the next one. You will then need to edit and update them, if necessary.
