Aircraft maintenance

Directory

Instant access to all information on members, pilots, instructors, staff, syndicates and other organizations using the search facilities of the Directory. Record grouping facility for batch electronic communication.  

Duty rota

On-line access for duty rota members to organize their calendar. Full integration between Flight booking and duty calendars allows the club to better organize the resources needed for each flying day.

Flight booking

On-line access for pilots to book their flights. Integration with Duty Rota provides easy identification of the resources needed for each day of activity.

Accommodation booking

Allows the definition of unlimited number and types of accommodation rooms. Facility for definition of variable prices according to the season. 

Help desk

Requests from all areas of the club can be received by the application. The person responsible for attending the request is notified and all parties concerned can follow up the progress of the request until it is closed.  

Launch point flight log data entry

Flight log at launch point facility with different operation modes and accessible by any device (PC, Notebook, tablet, smart phone):

• On-line data entry (requires Internet access at launch point).
• Off-line data entry with full validation and automatic synchronization with the main database when WiFi signal with Internet is present.
• Off-line data entry with basic validation.
• Import of FLARM data (FLARM data must have been extracted into text file). 

Direct debit facility

Automatic generation of Direct Debit files with different rules for account debit collection, such as full outstanding balance, fixed value, outstanding balance with cap amount, etc. History of DD files. Editing facilities of generated DD files. 

Technical qualifications control

Cross reference between activities and technical qualifications, allowing the system to warn the CFI when a member is not qualified for a specific activity. 

Courses

Allows the definition of unlimited number of courses and flying schemes. Control over payment and course technical progress for each student.

Activity package

Allows the definition of all activities contained in a course or membership and already covered by the respective price. Excesses can be charged according to the club’s definition configurable by the system administrator. 

Full data export
facility

All information of the system can be exported to “.csv” files in predefined layouts which can be set up by the user, which facilitates the integration of Aerolog Cloud with any other software.

Model office

No questions asked. No further charges will be made. Your database will be deleted from our servers on the date you tell us to do so.
