Services fees

Use this function to specify the prices for the different contractual services provided by the club.

Select the period to which the prices should apply and the service whose fees you wish to edit. Click the Search button. The system will show the chargeable components for the selected service. Usually, services have just one component (Annuity). If your club uses the form of continuous monthly payment, without annual renewal, the chargeable component that will be exhibited will be “Monthly fee” or whatever term you have used in the definition of contractual services components.

For each component there will be two sets of information. One applies to annual terms. The other applies to continuous monthly fees. Fill in only the relevant segment, annual or monthly.

Enter the revenue ledger account associated to the item as well as the price. At the end of the line, enter the tax code that should be used for financial transactions associated to that item.
