Services components

Contractual services can have more than one chargeable component.

The most common is the annuity and, in most instances, the annuity will be the only chargeable component. However, if needed, you can add more chargeable components. For example: Joining fee, inspection fee, etc. 

Each chargeable fee has its own price and the system will apply the price of all components when charging for a newly created contractual service or its  renewal.
