Custom system texts

In predefined, specific conditions, called ‘Events‘, the system can take actions. Some of these may involve automatically sending e-mails or other means of communication to members or users. These events can also display texts in certain screens.

These communications are done using predefined texts that will make the body of the e-mail or the informational message.

For each of these events, there is a text, identified by a code. You will not be able to change the code itself, as it is controlled by the system, but you can change the corresponding wording of the text associated to any code. However, you must be careful to maintain the meaning and purpose of the message. The system will always use its corresponding code to select the relevant text for the event its dealing with.

You can visualize all codes and respective texts by going to:
Administration >> Infrastructure >> Custom system texts.

The table below shows all Custom system texts codes and their descriptions. The actual full text can only be seen on the edit screen.
