Statement messages

The account statement, perhaps one the the most visualised elements of the system, by club members, is the ideal place for the club to send out short communications or messages associated to the member’s account.

Aerolog Cloud allows you to define messages that will be displayed at the bottom of the account statement, regardless whether the statement is being visualised on-line or is in the printed format (PDF). 

There are three types of statement messages:

Balance conditional messages
These system will pick up the statement message depending on the balance of the account. Different messages are associated to different balance intervals.

Direct Debit messages
These messages are issued only to members that pay by Direct Debit

Fixed messages
These messages are unconditional and will be displayed in all statements after any other message that the statement eventually has.
