Correspondence texts

You can define texts of any size and store them for subsequent use.

This function is useful for standard texts that you may need to send out to members as e-mail or printed correspondence.

Define a code and description for each text. Edit the text in the editor and save. You can change it at any time. There is no limit on the number of texts you can define and store.

The system also allows you to define an image for the header, which can be positioned according to your needs. 

When executing the functions to send out e-mail or produce any type of correspondence, the system allows you to enter the text you want to send or select from one of the predefined texts stored in this file. 

Texts can have variables which are very easy to use through a “drag and drop” process. These variables will be replaced by the information they represent, allowing you to personalize communications and make reference to actual values contained in the database.
