Profiles

Access control profiles are groups of functions, created and managed by the system administrator.

Each profile is associated to one or more functions of the system. By assigning each user to one or more profiles, one can control the functions that each user has access to.

We recommend that the profiles are organized by area such as directory, finance, flight log, membership, etc. However, it is the way in which jobs and tasks in your club are organized that ultimately will define what functions each profile should have.

The profile “Administrator” is a system controlled profile. It gives access to all functions of the system. This profile cannot be edited or have its contents modified. Only the system administrator should be assigned to this profile.
